Name – Due to its unique locality the brew is named after the local MT Wilhelm, the highest mountain in Papua New Guinea (4509 m a.s.l.), a natural phenomenon and icon not only for the country but for the people of Gembogl Simbu Province of Papua New Guinea who are the natural custodians of the mountain.
